COURSES
Delivery
Online courses are delivered online. Details will be sent out by a week before the start of the course.
In person courses will be held at the stated venue, and joining instructions will be sent out at least a week before the start date.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Up until the start of the course, you can cancel your booking, or transfer to a later run of the course or another course. If the course you transfer to is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference. If you cancel the course, or transfer to a lower priced course, your money will be refunded using the same method as that which you paid. The timing of refunds is dependent upon how quickly the payment processor services the transaction, but typically takes 2 or 3 days.
Once the course has started, it is not possible to obtain a refund.

CERAMICS
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When purchasing, you will be given a list of shipping options and prices for your address. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. Packages are sent using a signed for, tracked service so that any problems in shipping can be identified and sorted easily; you wil be given tracking details when your order is shipped.
To ensure that your item arrives safely and intact, we double wrap all orders. Your items are first wrapped inside an individual carton, and then all the items are packed into a second outer carton, with padding between them.
Gift Wrapping Service
We can gift wrap your order if you select the gift wrapping option. The inner carton will be attractively gift wrapped, and a card enclosed which can carry whatever message you would like. An additional charge is made for this service.
Returns Policy
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, for example) we will reimburse your return shipping costs as well as the full cost of your purchase. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, we require the item to be returned in as new condition, and we will just refund the cost of the item, not your purchase or return shipping costs.
When returning an item, please note that you are responsible for any loss or damage in transit, so ensure that it is adequately wrapped up and you use a suitable method of shipping with proof of delivery.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within a week with instructions for how to return items from your order. If a refund is due, this will be made via your original payment method within a week of agreeing to the refun. It may take 2 or 3 days for the payment processor to transfer the money to your account.
